  • Original Name: Greenville, but was changed to North Logan because there was another Utah town also named Greenville
  • Origin of Name: A northern community in proximity of Logan, the urban center of Cache County
  • Known for: Most early North Logan residents were from Scandinavian countries, the British Isles and Switzerland
  • Notable Features: Churches, City Offices, Cemetery; home of Cache County School District; a bustling retail area and professional offices
  • Location: 6.3 miles (10 minutes) south of Smithfield on Hwy 91
  • Population 2022: 11,155- up from  8,269 at the 2010 census
