Historical Overview: Catgtlemen amd sheep men brought herds from Farmingon and Weber, Utah to summer there’ the Cub River and Work creek Canal completed a canal, bringing water to the area in 1888 at a cost of $30.000; Glendale Reservoir was completed in 1928; a German-speaking branch of Glendale Ward was formed in 1896, since many residents did not speak English - Location: 9 miles (13 minutes) northeast of Preston on Hwy 91, then Cub River Road
