  • Origin of Name: Because a permanent name for the location was required before mail could be delivered, the mail carrier, Charlie Morris, named it Etna

  • Notable Features: About a mile west of Etna is Etna Hot Springs, whose water is pumped and piped to provide geothermal water
  • Location: 120 miles northwest of Tremonton via I-15, then Hwy 30 W, 5.5 miles west of Grouse Creek, 4 miles east of the Utah/Idaho border: 139 miles (2 hours, 18 minutes) northwest of Tremonton on I-84, then Hwy 30 W
