  • Known for: This bedroom community showed explosive residential growth during the 1990s and into the 2000s, as families from Logan, looking for more open spaces relocated there; the large geographical area has several different developments from just south of Logan along Hwy 89/91, stretching nearly to Hyeum along Hwy 165; a business corridor is developing along both highways to provide goods and services to local residents; has a beautiful series of city parks 
  • Notable Features: Nibley is known for its close communities ties and high quality of living; known for its quality of schools and close proximity to Logan;  local celebrations include celebration of Heritage Days each summer
